Community News

The News section carries articles from and about the community — no account needed to read.

  1. Open Community → News. The Featured row shows top stories, followed by All news.
  2. Use the search box ("Search articles, topics, or keywords...") or the category buttons to find what interests you.
  3. Toggle Featured Only to see just the highlights.
  4. Click Read Article to open the full story, and Load More Articles at the bottom to keep going.

Mobile: News is the first tab in Community. Open any article and use the share option to post it to your profile Wall.

Success Stories

Stories celebrate Black entrepreneurs — wins, journeys, and lessons from the community.

  1. Open Community → Stories to browse. Featured stories come first, then fresh ones grouped by This week, This month, and Earlier.
  2. Search by title, author, business, or tag, or use Filter Stories to switch between All Stories, WABA Posts, Business Stories, and Playbooks.
  3. Each card shows the author, their business, a preview, read time, and like and comment counts. Tap through to read the full story and leave a like.

Sharing your own story

Got a win worth celebrating — a launch, a milestone, a lesson learned?

  1. Open the Stories section on the web and click Share your story.
  2. The contact form opens ready for your story. Add your first and last name and email.
  3. In the message, tell it in your own words: what you built, what changed, and what you'd tell someone starting out. Click Send message.

The team reviews every submission and follows up before anything is published. A published success story also earns you rewards points.
