The Rewards Shop

Turn your points into gift cards, WABA gear, profile upgrades, and special access.

What's in the shop

The shop stocks a rotating catalog across a few categories:

  • Gift Cards — like a $10 Amazon gift card (1,000 points) or a $15 coffee shop card (1,500 points)
  • Apparel — WABA community t-shirts (500 points) and sticker packs (150 points)
  • Profile Enhancements — badges like Top Reviewer (250 points) and premium profile themes (300 points)
  • Business Features & Special Access — perks like a 30-day priority listing (750 points) or early event access (400 points)

Featured items are spotlighted up top, limited-stock items show how many are left, and anything you can't afford yet shows "Need More Points" with the price.

Redeeming an item

  1. Open the WABA Rewards Shop — Rewards → Redeem points in the web menu, or Redeem points on the app's Rewards screen — and browse, or filter by category.
  2. Pick your item and hit Redeem (mobile confirms: "Redeem {item} for {points} points?").
  3. Points are deducted immediately and you'll get a confirmation notification.

Requires: You need a balance of at least 500 points to redeem anything, on top of the item's price.

How you receive your reward

Delivery depends on the item type — each card shows which:

  • Code items (like gift cards) generate a redemption code instantly. Find and copy it on your Redemptions page; gift-card details also arrive by email.
  • Badge and feature items (profile upgrades, special access) activate immediately.
  • Manual items (physical goods like shirts and stickers) start as Pending — follow the item's instructions, such as contacting support with your size and shipping address. Status flips to Completed when fulfilled, and you're notified.

Track everything under Rewards → Redemptions: totals, statuses, codes, and any notes from the team.

Before you redeem

Redemptions can't be reversed from the app — points don't come back once spent — so double-check the item and its instructions first. If something goes wrong with a redemption (a code doesn't work, an item never ships), contact support with your redemption details.
