Insights answers the questions every owner asks: are people finding my listing, are they acting on it, and is the business behind it healthy? The My Business view tracks how often your listing is opened (Views) and how often visitors act on it (Clicks), alongside your Average Rating, revenue from your invoices, inventory, and connected apps — each with a trend against the previous period. Drill-down explorers let you chart a metric and export it to CSV.
