Why claim your business
If your business is already listed in the WABA directory, claiming it puts you in the driver's seat. After WABA confirms your ownership or authorization to manage the listing, your account receives access to the business dashboard — your listing editor, reviews, customer messages, bookkeeping, inventory, selling, analytics, and more. That confirmation determines who may manage the listing; it is not a quality endorsement or Black-ownership certification. Claiming takes a few minutes: find your listing, tell us who you are, and confirm a code we email you.
