Your business can create its own API access

Business owners and managers can create server-to-server credentials at Dashboard → Settings → Business API Access. The same key works with WABA's REST API and remote MCP server, giving an approved application read-only access to published changelogs and blogs, upcoming events, and active reward-shop items.

The current permission is always content:read. It cannot edit your listing, read private customer information, spend rewards, or change business data. Staff accounts cannot create or manage keys.
